Jennifer Guild

Mrs. Guilds’ broad range of experience spans over 20 years working with the global food, feed and cosmetic industries. She started her career with T. Hasegawa, one of the world’s top 10 flavor and fragrance companies, where she spent 4 years developing flavors in the lab as an Assistant Flavor Chemist. It is over the next 4 years with T. Hasegawa that she began her career in Regulatory Affairs by helping form their Global Regulatory Department.  Then she joined D.D. Williamson, a world leader in caramel and naturally derived colors, and spent over 10 years developing a Global Regulatory Department for them. During these combined 18 years, Jennifer was exposed to every market and application where flavors, fragrances and colors are used globally.

In 2017, she formed the Food Regulatory Guild with the goal of helping more food, feed and cosmetic manufacturers build brand confidence through regulatory compliance. She works with manufacturers, from concept to commercialization, to develop products that will responsibly meet global regulatory requirements, quality criteria, and labeling claims.
